Shipping policy

Within the Contiguous USA (Excludes Hawaii, Alaska and all outlying islands)

Free Shipping for small items as listed.

We ship smaller items up to 5lbs. free via UPS or Fedex.

Most items are processed for shipping within 1-3 business days and delivery can be expected typically within 1 - 7 days  after processing.

We ask that you inspect your delivery upon its arrival. if any damages occur at the time of delivery we ask that you make a note on the delivery paperwork where you are signing and inform us at Shop@Roughanhome.com  immediately.

White Glove delivery

All furniture, large lighting, and items over 5lbs are available for purchase by contacting the store at Shop@Roughanhome.com. 

At the time of purchase, we will provide the customer with a shipping quote within 48 hours.   If the customer accepts the quote, we will then ask for payment and schedule the delivery.   If the destination is located in the tri-state area (CT, New Jersey & New York), Roughan Home may offer a  local pickup option if available.

When a white glove shipper is selected by the customer, we recommend adding insurance through the selected delivery company.  Roughan Home is not responsible for any damages with delivery, and we can only suggest making a note of any damage upon delivery and contacting the shipping company directly.

If the customer would like to provide their own shipping then please email shop@roughanhome.com or call the office (203) 769.1150 to arrange the pick-up date, time frame, and scheduled delivery company.
