Item Condition
All items are sold "as-is" and all sales are final at the time they are picked up or sent for shipping. As these are vintage items, even when fully restored, wear that comes with age and use is to be expected. Please see the product photos and descriptions of the condition when posted. If you have any questions about the condition of any item, please contact us before purchasing at shop@roughanhome.com.
Returns (for damaged shipped items only)
In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with documentation of the damage at the email address shop@roughanhome.com. Be sure to keep packaging materials and any other evidence of damage until the matter is fully resolved with our shipper.
It is up to the shipper's discretion if the claim of damage will be paid, so Roughan Home does not offer or guarantee any refunds, warranties or liability based on shipment damage.
